• The information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• Keep your password and login credentials private — sharing them with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 20hibajee support immediately.
• A national ID card or passport may be requested for account verification.

3. Age Verification

The minimum age to register on 20hibajee is 18. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform. This isn't just a formality — 20hibajee takes its responsibility to protect minors seriously.

• You may be asked to submit your NID or passport for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.
• Accounts opened with a false age will be closed and the balance will not be refunded.

4. Betting Rules

Once a bet placed on 20hibajee is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — although in certain situations the Cash Out option may be available. Always review your bet carefully before submitting it.

• Payouts are made based on the odds shown on the bet slip — odds change quickly in live betting.

20hibajee uses bKash and Nagad for deposits and withdrawals. Any fees charged by the payment provider are outside of 20hibajee's control.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must first meet the bonus wagering requirements.
